This page explains what MENUVA collects, why, and who can reach it — in as plain language as we can manage.
Last updated: 2026-08. We may update this page as the platform develops.
1.What we collect
The account details you enter when you register: business name, owner name, email address, mobile number and city.
The operating data you create inside the platform: items, orders, stock, users and reports.
Basic technical data needed to run and protect the service, such as sign-in records and their timestamps.
2.Why we collect it
To run the service you subscribed to, to protect your account, to answer you when you ask for support, and to improve the platform.
We do not sell your data, or your customers' data, to anyone.
3.Your guests' data
When a guest uses the QR menu they are not asked to create an account or enter personal details in order to order. What is stored is the order itself and the table number.
4.Who can access it
Inside your restaurant, access is governed by the roles and permissions you set: each employee sees only what belongs to their work and their branch.
On our side, your data is reached only by those who need it to run the service or to answer a support request you raised.
5.Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your subscription is active. After a subscription or trial ends, data is retained for an agreed period and then deleted on your request.
6.Changes to this policy
We may update this page as the platform develops. We will tell you about material changes at the email address on your account.
