Features
Everything MENUVA runs, feature by feature.
Four groups that work as one system: front of house, kitchen and stock, finance and reports, branches and team. Every page says what the feature does, how it works, and what it does not do today.
Front of house
- Point of saleA till a new hire learns in one shift.A touch till that sells inside an open shift: dine-in, takeaway and delivery from one screen, prices and VAT calculated by the server, and payment by cash, card or transfer — or split between them.
- QR orderingLet your guest order for themselves — and the till knows at once. The guest scans the table's code with their phone camera and orders with their Saudi mobile number — no app, no account. The order reaches the till against that table for staff to confirm, then goes to the kitchen; each guest keeps a separate check settled with one invoice.
- Orders and tablesKnow where every table stands without asking anyone.A table board shows each table's state live — available, occupied with an open check, or a guest asking to pay — derived from the checks themselves, with a separate check per guest and a QR code on every table.
- Shifts and business dayA shift that opens with a float and closes with a count — and a day that closes on a manager's decision. The MENUVA till takes no sale without an open shift. A shift opens with a declared cash float and closes with a count of expected against counted, and any difference needs a reason. The business day has a cutoff you set, and the owner or a branch manager closes it.
- Delivery managementDelivery-platform orders and their settlements, in one place. In MENUVA delivery orders are entered at the till with the platform's name and the order reference, then each platform's account is settled under your own contract with it: commission, fees and a settlement cycle, with its statement imported and reconciled. There is no direct connection to delivery apps.
Kitchen and stock
- Kitchen displayClear tickets instead of paper lost in the rush. One kitchen screen shows till orders and QR orders together, ordered by how long they have waited, and the team moves an order — or a single item on it — through the preparation states to served.
- Stock and costKnow what you have, where it is, and what has reached its reorder level.MENUVA keeps every item's balance per location — a branch store or a warehouse — and writes every movement to a ledger that cannot be edited. A sale draws its recipe's ingredients from the selling branch, and you can count while you trade.
- Recipes and costingKnow what each dish earns, not just what it sells for.You build each dish's recipe from stock items, and the server computes its cost and margin from the actual cost. When it sells, the ingredients come off the branch's stock and the cost of sales posts.
- PurchasingPurchase orders that reach the store at the right cost.A purchase order per supplier names where it will be received; on receipt the quantity enters that location, the cost updates at what you actually paid, the journal posts, and the order becomes a supplier bill and a payment.
- WarehousesA central warehouse that supplies your branches — and a branch is not a warehouse. In MENUVA a central warehouse is a stock location separate from the branch stores, with its own balance and value, and it is never billed as a branch. Goods move from it to the branches by a documented transfer: request, approval, dispatch, in transit, then receipt.
Finance and reports
- AccountingYour books are written by your operations, not by a second round of typing.Every paid sale in MENUVA posts its double-entry journal automatically — revenue, VAT and cost of sales — and so do purchase receipts, transfers, count differences, waste and refunds. The financial statements and the VAT summary are built from those entries.
- ReportsNumbers you can read in a minute and decide from.Reports are built from the same data the restaurant runs on: sales by shift, day and branch, best sellers with their margin, peak hours, stock movement and value, and the financial statements.
Branches and team
- BranchesEvery branch in front of you, and each one sees only its own.Every branch sits in one account with its own stock, staff and orders. The server keeps an employee out of other branches' data, and management sees every branch and compares them.
- Team and permissionsEvery employee sees only what they need. Each employee gets an account and a role — owner, branch manager, cashier, waiter, kitchen, store, accountant — or a custom role with fine-grained permissions, a 4–6 digit quick PIN, and an audit log that cannot be edited.
